1. Who we are

AutoMsg is a trading name. These terms are between you and the operator of AutoMsg, referred to below as "we" or "us". Buying a licence, or using the application, means you accept them.

2. What the licence grants

Payment grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the application, subject to these terms. Specifically:

• The licence activates the application on one computer at a time.
• You may connect up to four WhatsApp numbers to that installation.
• The licence is for personal use.
• The licence does not expire, and all future updates are included at no further charge.
• Email support is included.

You are buying a licence to use the software, not the software itself. We retain all intellectual property in it.

3. Moving to another computer

A licence can be moved. Email sales@automsg.me from the address you purchased with and we will release the licence from the old machine so you can activate it on the new one. We may decline transfer requests that appear to be an attempt to run the software on several machines at once.

4. What you may not do

• Share, resell, sublicense, rent or publish your licence key.
• Attempt to bypass, patch or defeat the licensing or activation system.
• Decompile or reverse-engineer the application, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Redistribute the installer as your own product, or bundle it into a service you sell to others.

5. Acceptable use — the important part

The application sends messages from your own account, on your own instruction. You are solely responsible for what you send and who you send it to. By using it you agree that:

• You have a lawful basis to contact every person you message, and where consent is required, you have it.
• You will honour requests to stop, promptly, and remove those contacts from your lists.
• You will not use the application to send spam, scams, phishing, malware, or content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful or deceptive.
• You will comply with the laws that apply to you, including those governing unsolicited commercial messaging and personal data.
• You will comply with the terms of any third-party messaging platform you connect the application to.

We may revoke a licence without refund if we have good reason to believe it is being used for any of the above.

6. Your account with third parties

The application automates a messaging account that belongs to you and is governed by that platform's own terms. Those platforms may restrict, suspend or ban accounts at their own discretion, including for automated or bulk sending.

We give you controls to send at a measured pace, and we describe them accurately on the home page. We cannot and do not guarantee that your account will not be restricted. That risk is yours, and it rises sharply if you message people who did not ask to hear from you.

7. Refunds

Covered by our refund policy: 7 days, money back, no explanation required. It forms part of these terms.

8. Availability and updates

The application runs on your computer and does not need us to be online to work, apart from a periodic licence check. We aim to keep the licence server available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features in future updates.

9. No warranty

The application is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, that messages will always be delivered, or that it will remain compatible with any third-party platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the application or these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for your licence.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or for the restriction, suspension or loss of any messaging account you connect to the application.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Termination

You may stop using the application at any time. We may terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms, in particular section 4 or section 5. On termination you must stop using the application and remove it from your computer.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page will change. Continuing to use the application after a change means you accept the revised terms.

14. Not affiliated with WhatsApp

AutoMsg is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of its respective owner, used here only to describe compatibility.
